[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: run Lua scriptlets in the rpm_script_t context too (Issue #2636)

Normal scriptlets execute in rpm_script_t SELinux context, but because Lua scriptlets run in-process they run as rpm itself. rpm_script_t is necessarily fairly omni-potent too but this difference occasionally causes some issues, and prevents any SELinux restrictions from being applied to *all* rpm scriptlets.

Depends on #2635 done first.
