Note that the `touch /var/lib/sysimage/rpm/*` ([formerly](https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/RelocateRPMToUsr) `/var/lib/rpm/*` ), also discussed in https://github.com/radiasoft/containers/issues/91), doesn't help.
