[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] invalid OpenPGP signature with Sequoia for existing RPM (Issue #2351)

The OpenPGP implementation was broken out of go-crypto by Proton, which they continue to maintain and develop as [gopenpgp](https://github.com/ProtonMail/gopenpgp).
