[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Replace fakechroot with proper container technology (PR #2559)

The ccache oddity comes from hello-g3.spec relying on `%__cc` macro, which cmake `find_program` has figured to be `/usr/lib64/ccache/cc`. That doesn't make sense and is an unrelated bug (I'll file a ticket) but easy to work around for now by adding `--define "__cc gcc" \` to the rpmbuild command in test 439.
