[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Replace fakechroot with proper container technology (PR #2559)

Alright, let's get this done now.

The commits should now be fairly self-contained and I also removed some bits in the final version of this PR that were just premature generalization on my part (e.g. [this comment](https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/2559#issuecomment-1633719443)). The resulting changeset is as minimal as feasible.
