[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Don't assume PWD of / in tests (PR #2695)

I took the liberty of pushing about half of this commit anyway: there's no point in having those test-cases use relative paths at all. It just looks confusing, as if they were something special. They may have once been but they no longer are.
