[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Bug feedback，When rpm-plugin-selinux and rpm -- root are used at the same time, the selinux status of the new directory cannot be correctly recognized (Issue #2400)

Plugins aren't executed from within the chroot, and they can't be because some of their (or RPM's own) dependencies (selinux in this case) may not be installed there.

What we could do perhaps is to use the selinux policy of the target root but whether that's doable remains to be seen (I'm going to investigate more).

Meanwhile, what's your actual use case for this? Do you have a reproducer that we could use locally?
