I'm honestly confused about your comments. Does `cmake --install <dir>` work for you or not?

Anyway, the output:

```
$ cmake -B build -C rpm
$ cmake --build build/
$ cmake --install build/
[...]
grep: rpmrc: No such file or directory
sed: can't read rpmrc: No such file or directory
cat: platform: No such file or directory
cat: macros: No such file or directory
[...]
```
