[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] add build directory auto path to %autosetup step (PR #2859)

Thanks for the test-cases! I see four tarballs added but only two used. Also, it's better to add separate tests as separate RPMTESTS_CHECK() (under a shared setup/cleanup block). Makes it easier to see what's going on and where.
