[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] add build directory auto path to %autosetup step (PR #2859)

Oh well, rpmuncompress is an internal tool and we can still change the option names before we release if need be, no point getting stuck over that here.

I initially misunderstood what happens when there are multiple top-entries, but having cleared that up for myself, I think this is good to go.
