Buildtime would be SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH for reproducable builds, no? See the discussion in https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/issues/2894 - its converging towards the notion that you select the source where buildtime is set, and then everything else uses that as the universal truth.
