[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: explicitly output build directory path(s) in the build log (Issue #3147)

Another related idea is that we could maybe output the expanded `%___build_pre_env` contents into file with a known name such as rpmbuild.env, and source that from the scriptlets instead of re-expanding it every time. The build directories and already in there in a shell consumable form, and would be useful for somebody trying to run things the rpm-way from the "outside".
