[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: %ifarch expression (Issue #3165)

That would be easy to implement with an expression:
```
%pytest %[isarch("s390x") ? "|| :" : ""]
```
Would that be ok or is it not short enough?
