[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make rpmkeys --list show Key fingerprint and sub key IDs (Issue #3332)

Taking back AC ack because this is too vague, and would just end up in another endless PR.
We'll proceed once we agree on the literal expected output based on mockups, that's 100 times faster and easier for everybody. 

Just one of these open points - this talks about subkey keyids, but shouldn't it be subkey fingerprint instead (tagging @nwalfield for input + general wisdom on these matters) ? That's what eg sq seems to do - using our test key as an example:
