[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add keyring iterator API for accessing the keys in rpmKeyring (Issue #3337)

At least one thing to consider before moving on is: what do we do with subkeys, they are included in the keyring as separate keys. Do we just have the iterator return primary keys, or should subkeys be included? My initial thoughts would be not included - for the few cases that actually need the subkeys they can get it through the primary key, and the order in which they would be returned from an iterator would not make much sense to a caller.
