@Conan-Kudo, what do you mean by "we need our own directories"?  Are you agreeing that we should use the Shared OpenPGP Certificate Directory  for these directories, or are you saying that rpm should use its own format?  If the latter, how do you imagine this format would look, and how would it be managed?
