[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make rpmkeys --list show Key fingerprint and sub key IDs (Issue #3332)

I also wonder if we want a `-v` variant that looks a bit more like `rpm -qi gpg-pubkey` e.g. prints all info we have about he keys. Even if the current packages are pretty silly there is s oem information we could print. May be even limit the sub keys to only this output.
