[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make rpmkeys --list show Key fingerprint and sub key IDs (Issue #3332)

Yep, fingerprint is should be the main handle everywhere AFAICS, but we'll need to accept the full keyid too, at least for a while. gpg-pubkeys have the full keyid in provides so we can look those up by that and ignore the shortid version.
