[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make rpmkeys --list show Key fingerprint and sub key IDs (Issue #3332)

Here's my branch so far: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/compare/master...ffesti:rpm:3350
It does #3350 first and uses this ticket as a test case to make sure things still work. It is still missing the long output format but is build with that being added in mind as it has a callback of the matching keys. May be that functionality should move to the rpmcli but I wanted to get it working first.
