And, it goes without saying that it'll need tests. Various options exist:
- write a unit test type little c/c+ thing (see rpmpgp*.c in tests/)
- add python bindings, and test that (this is more common)
- add a concrete user in the same PR, and test that (ie here, the rpmkeys --list updated to use the iterator minimally covers)
