[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make rpmkeys --list show Key fingerprint and sub key IDs (Issue #3332)

For the verbose output, I'd keep the non-verbose output as basis and output the details indented, to make it easier to see which details are on which key. So something like

771b18d3d7baa28734333c424344591e1964c5fc rpm.org RSA testkey <rsa at rpm.org> public key
        User ID: rpm.org RSA testkey <rsa at rpm.org>
        Fingerprint: 771b18d3d7baa28734333c424344591e1964c5fc

```
