[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make rpmPubkeyFingerprintAsHex() and rpmPubkeyKeyIDAsHex() nicer to use from C (PR #3386)

Oh meh, what's wrong is wrong. Storing them as hex in the key makes sense for other reasons though, so I'll just change this back to return strdup()'ed strings instead.
