[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Both rpmdb and fs keystores store keys by the short keyid (Issue #3360)

One more bullet to bite:
- gpg() provides for subkeys are dropped, because their keyid currently exposed in there

We don't even have the subkey fingerprints available, but since we're going in the direction of hiding subkeys where possible, this is just one more case of that.
