[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Standardize on stdin/stdout/stderr use in manuals (PR #4059)

The preferred terms table seems handy, besides these more general purpose items, we have plenty of rpm specific terminology that'd be good to document there as we come across such terms.

And yeah, "standard input/output" does seem more appropriate in *user* documentation. stdin/stdout style seems more like a programmer thing.
