[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RPM does not correctly report installed SRPM (Issue #4061)

There might be some confusion from a query like 'rpm -q rubygem-cucumber-core-10.1.0-12.fc44.src' because there is no such architecture as "src" in rpm really, so I don't know what happens in that situation, maybe it ends up ignored or something like that.
