[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmkeys --delete doesn't work for expired gpg keys, rpm --erase does (Issue #4063)

This is a known issue, already fixed upstream. We'll be releasing RPM 6.0.1 this week with that fix, along with a Fedora update.
