[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add tests for user/group lookup via NSS (PR #4068)

Note that we have a similar test called "alternative passwd location" in `rpmverify.at` that covers the configurable passwd/group file locations. Maybe these new tests could be collocated with that one because they (kinda) relate to each other, but not sure.
