Nah, documenting which compiler supports what is not our job.

There are two kinda unwritten rules around this:
- rpm needs to be compilable on RHEL latest (so currently 10), that gives you a ballpark of what dependencies are acceptable
- c++20 module support is explicitly *not* required - I think we've said this in public before but apparently not INSTALL
