[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Files generated by rpm 6.0.x can't be opened with libarchive (Issue #4078)

berolinux created an issue (rpm-software-management/rpm#4078)

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Libarchive can open rpm files generated by rpm < 6.0 and treat them just like tar files/zip files etc. - This is useful especially when using bsdtar or a GUI that uses libarchive (e.g. KDE's ark).
It doesn't recognize rpm files generated by rpm 6.0.0 or 6.0.1 (even if the v6 package format isn't enabled).

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Get rpm to write compatible files and/or update libarchive to handle files generated by rpm 6

**Additional context**
I haven't had the time to investigate the changes in the files yet, maybe someone else knows what needs to be done instantly.
