[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add tests for HDRID, PKGID and SOURCEPKGID (PR #3560)

So from reading through #3330, it seems like we're currently settled on *keeping* the HDRID tag, is that correct? If so, the commit message of the last commit in the series is probably incorrect as it says "and must not exist at all in v6"...
