[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add tests for HDRID, PKGID and SOURCEPKGID (PR #3560)

Yup, this just documents the behavior with the existing tags. The ponderings in #3330 involve renaming these old tag(s) to something like OLDHDRID and then adding a new HDRID tag that does what we want.
