[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add tests for HDRID, PKGID and SOURCEPKGID (PR #3560)

The ponderings in #3330 involve renaming these old tag(s) to something like OLDHDRID and then adding a new HDRID tag that does what we want. But, because I'm still not entirely sure what we should do wrt that, figured we should at least test the existing behavior before changing it.

And yeah, having the current behavior "snapshotted" like this will make it easier to reason about the change (if any) later, so it's always a good thing.
