[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: automatically sign packages on build (Issue #2678)

So this part of the equation is rather simple then, AC:

- if %_openpgp_autosign_id macro is set, automatically sign packages at the end of a successful build using that key
- fail the build if signing fails
