[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Macro %CHANGELOGTEXT - duplicated output (Discussion #3529)

The goal is to get the latest changelog message.
So I would solve my issue by querying:
`--qf '[<SEPARATOR>\n%{CHANGELOGTEXT}\n]'`
and then splitting the output. This should work even for _rpm-4.11_
