[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: read sources checksums from the SPEC file and verify them (#463)

We can borrow a page from PKGBUILD files here, and just add `%sourcechecksumlist` and `%patchchecksumlist` to correspond to `%sourcelist` and `%patchlist`
