[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Eliminate the need for explicit RPMTEST_INIT (PR #3542)

Fixed the spotted typos/thinkos + adjusted the docs a bit. Also added a mention about building packages needing _RW for all the wrong reasons :sweat_smile:
