[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RPM 6.0 beta1 released! (Discussion #3849)

And so we've arriving at the beta point in the annual RPM release cycle once more. It's been fairly calm alpha season this time around, the main changes since the alpha are:

- more docs
- more docs
- more docs
- some final tweaks to the v6 package format

More seriously, there's also Python module isolation and, did I already mention more documentation? Oh, and scriptlet failures are once again reflected in transaction return code. And some signature related fixes + enhancements.
