[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Avoid Python reference leak in rpmfiles_archive (PR #3778)

It seems like the [`rpmarchive_readto()`](https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/blob/9f251cc41946b86bf8984202b63417927768acd1/python/rpmarchive-py.c#L128) and [`rpmarchive_writeto()`](https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/blob/9f251cc41946b86bf8984202b63417927768acd1/python/rpmarchive-py.c#L154) functions have the same kind of leak. Would you be willing to fix those, too, while we're at it?
