[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add a tests to ensure RPMTAG_SOURCERPM match between subpackages (Issue #3800)

For whatever reason, https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/3134 lacks tests. This has now occurred twice in different places, lets make sure it doesn't happen thrice.
