[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Filter rpmkeys output based on package format (Issue #3803)

Brought up in https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/3798#pullrequestreview-2916385823:

In case of failure, rpmkeys -Kv dumps all the things it looked for as NOTFOUND. This is quite misleading eg if Header SHA1 is reported NOTFOUND on v6 packages that will never have such tag. And ditto for v6 additions that are not expected in v4 packages (although this may be subject to backports)

Rpm generally wants to verify everything it finds even if a package format spec disagrees, but maybe we could weed out NOTFOUND when it's the expected not to be there.
