[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Don't print empty return of --eval macro expansion (PR #3804)

This also changes the return of the an ordinary macro that expands to '%{nil}'. So I do wonder if this could break some workflows.

This is mostly an aesthetic change and I can't really judge its unobvious effects (if any). So review is appreciated.
