[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Tidy up + improve the --verify output section of rpm(8) (PR #3814)

Drop table borders, they're jarring. Move the tables after the textual description and swap the tables around so they follow the actual output order: result first, then the optional marker. Drop the redundant "%files attribute" column from the table, that doesn't provide any real value and is easily enough embedded in the description.
