[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Is it possible to skip "checking for unpackaged file(s) /usr/lib/rpm/check-files" ? (Issue #3810)

Thanks for the reply. I'm building an RPM package for the Wazuh manager (https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh).
I added `%undefine __check_files` in the spec files, and it did skip"checking for unpackaged file(s) /usr/lib/rpm/check-files". However, the process is still hanging for over 1 hour. It appears that the check_file stage is not the primary reason for the issue.
