[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Rename rpm-macroproc(7) (back to) rpm-macros(7) (PR #3820)

It was initially called rpm-macros(7) but got renamed to rpm-macroproc(7). But, after a couple of days of days of use, turns out we all want rpm-macros(7) instead. Oh well.
