Note that we've [attempted](https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/issues/934) to fix this once on the OpenMP level, by ordering the threads, but that turned out to be the [wrong](https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/commit/3691d99c8bf8c81a3130333f9cbfaef704b8686f) approach.
