#934 was a different issue: that's file file magic strings information (RPMTAG_CLASSDICT containing strings that are indexed from RPMTAG_FILECLASS), whereas this is about RPMTAG_DEPENDSDICT, containing encoded per-file dependency info (indexes to requires and provides)
