[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Crash on incorrect multifile format from dependency generator (Issue #3821)

dmnks created an issue (rpm-software-management/rpm#3821)

When the generator prints the sole `;` without a filename following it, we crash, probably on the following line (haven't debugged this closely):
