[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Run Lua scriptlets in private environments (Issue #3822)

As a more lightweight alternative to #2635, we could run Lua scriptlets in private environments to prevent at least accidental namespace pollution from variables and so on. There's a PoC patch of sorts at https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/1593 but we'd want that for package scriptlets only (ie runLuaScript() in lib/rpmscript.cc), not for each %{lua:...} chunk in macros.
