[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpm.execute() and rpm.spawn() seem unsuitable for file triggers (Discussion #4029)

I don't think there's much to discuss here, it seems clearly like a bug that should be fixed. It's not great if Lua file triggers don't work properly. ☹️
