[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpm.execute() and rpm.spawn() seem unsuitable for file triggers (Discussion #4029)

It's your script, you implement it in whatever you like. Just saying that Lua for Lua's sake doesn't make sense.

For most cases it doesn't make much of a difference, but if your helper can take the direct stdin feed from rpm (like it seems), then the Lua version will inevitably be somewhat more complicated with little to gain from it.
